Fake Diploma Seals: Any Type, Any Technique
Raised embossing, metallic foil, printed designs, or combinations. We match what your school used—or customize to your display preference.
We can produce any seal type found on diplomas. Multi-layer raised embossing that you can feel with your fingers. Heat-pressed metallic foil in gold, silver, or custom colors. Full-color printed seals. Or any combination of these techniques.
Raised embossing gets the “holy shit” reaction when people touch it—but it’s not always necessary. Some schools used flat foil seals. Some used printed designs. We match historical accuracy, which means recommending the right seal type for YOUR diploma, not automatically upselling the most expensive option.

Every Seal Technique, One Print Shop
We’ve documented seal types from 10,000+ diploma layouts spanning decades. That research revealed massive variety—and we built our print shop capabilities to produce all of it. Here’s what we can do:
Multi-Layer Raised Embossing
[3-4 IMAGES in a row showing different multi-layer seals]
Multiple pressing stages create deep texture with two or more colors. Gold + green, silver + blue, bronze + red combinations. Run your finger across it and feel the depth. This is the “feel this!” seal that gets reactions.
Production time: 20-40 minutes per diploma
Best for: Display where people can touch it, historically accurate for many 1970s-1990s schools, close-up photography
Not ideal for: Behind glass framing (can’t feel it anyway), tight deadlines, budget constraints
Heat-Pressed Metallic Foil (Raised Foil)

Copy: Hot foil stamping with pressure creates a raised metallic seal—shiny AND textured. Gold, silver, bronze, or custom colors. The middle ground between flat foil and full embossing.
Production time: 10-15 minutes per diploma
Best for: Schools that used raised foil, you want shine + texture, good balance of quality and production time
Cost: Moderate (less than multi-layer embossing, more than flat foil)
Metallic Foil (Flat/Indented)
[3-4 IMAGES showing flat foil seals]
Copy: Pressed foil creating an indented effect with no raised texture. Beautiful metallic finish, faster production. Many modern diplomas (especially 2000s+) used this method.
Production time: 5-10 minutes per diploma
Best for: Framing behind glass, schools that used flat foil, modern diplomas, faster turnaround
Cost: Lower than raised options, still looks premium
Printed Seals (Full Color or Single Color)

Copy: High-resolution color printing with exact color matching. Used by many high schools, GED programs, and testing centers. Fastest production method.
Production time: 2-5 minutes per diploma
Best for: Behind glass display, schools that used printed seals, props where camera won’t catch texture, fastest turnaround, budget-conscious
Cost: Most economical option
Combination Techniques
[3-4 IMAGES showing seals with multiple techniques]
Copy: Raised texture + metallic foil + color ink all in one seal. The most complex production method with the highest detail level. Many universities used multi-technique seals.
Production time: 30-50 minutes per diploma
Best for: Universities with complex seals, you want every detail perfect, display where quality is the priority
Cost: Premium (most labor-intensive)

Raised Seals Aren’t Always Necessary
Raised embossing gets the “wow” reaction when you touch it—but it’s not always the best choice. Here’s when each seal type makes sense:
When Raised Embossing Makes Sense:
When Flat Foil or Printed Is Better:
The Honest Truth:
Raised seals take 20-40 minutes per diploma to produce. If we put raised seals on every order, we’d have a production bottleneck and your diploma would take weeks longer.
We recommend raised embossing when it’s historically accurate or when your display method justifies the extra time and cost. Otherwise, a well-executed flat foil or printed seal looks fantastic—and your diploma ships faster.
