About Diploma Company
We started this company in 2007 with a straightforward idea — produce the most realistic replica diplomas, transcripts, and certificates available anywhere, back every order with genuine support, and treat customers the way a real business should. Nearly two decades later that idea hasn’t changed. What has changed is the scale of what we’re capable of, the depth of our archive, and the size of the team that makes it all happen every single day out of our production facility in the greater Richmond, Virginia area.

We’re not a marketplace. We’re not a reseller. We’re a print shop — with real equipment, real designers, and real people answering the phone.
What We Actually Do
Most customers find us while searching for a replacement for a lost or damaged original, a novelty document for personal display or entertainment, or a duplicate copy of a credential they worked hard to earn but can no longer locate. What we produce are carefully crafted replicas — not official academic documents — made for personal use, display, gifting, and novelty purposes.
Every document we produce starts with a real archived original from our collection, not a generic template. That distinction matters more than anything else we could tell you about quality — because matching a real layout, a real font, a real seal placement, and a real paper stock is the only way to produce something that actually looks right. We’ve spent nearly twenty years building and maintaining that archive, and it’s the foundation everything else rests on.
The Team Behind Every Order
When you place an order with us a dedicated designer is assigned to your request — someone who pulls the actual archived layout for your school, builds your document from the ground up, and sends you a digital proof before anything gets printed. You review it, request changes if needed, and approve it before we touch the press. That proofing process is free on every order, no exceptions.
Our production staff works alongside our support team in the same facility. When a customer calls with a question about their proof, the person answering that call can walk ten feet and talk to the designer working on it. That kind of proximity produces better outcomes than a support team reading tickets from a remote queue — and it’s something we’re genuinely proud of.

We invest in serious equipment — LED UV printing, offset lithography, and the finishing tools required to produce raised seals, embossed lettering, and the kind of raised, textured detail that makes our documents feel as authentic as they look. This isn’t a desktop printing operation.
Nearly 20 Years of Getting It Right

Operating since 2007 in an industry where competitors come and go means something. It means customers come back. It means our processes have been tested against thousands of edge cases — unusual school layouts, international documents, tight deadlines, custom requests — and refined until they work reliably. It means our archive keeps growing because we’ve had nearly two decades to build it.
It also means we’ve made mistakes over the years and learned from every one of them. Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee isn’t a marketing line — it exists because we believe that how a company handles a problem tells you more about them than how they handle an easy sale. If something isn’t right with your order we fix it, full stop.
By the Numbers
Our Commitment to Privacy
Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to our website, our company name, or the contents on any external label. Billing appears under a neutral descriptor. We understand the personal nature of what we produce and we take that responsibility seriously on every single order regardless of size.
If you have questions before placing your order our team is available, Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM EST, by phone at 866-687-5403, live chat, or email. We’ve been doing this long enough that there’s very little we can’t answer on the first call.
