Matched Parchment Weight:
Real diploma paper is heavy. Most people notice it immediately compared to regular printer paper — it has weight and texture that a standard sheet does not. We match the paper weight to the document type because a lightweight sheet on a college degree replacement gives it away instantly to anyone who picks it up.
Color-Accurate Stock:
Diploma paper is not white. If you look at a real high school diploma or college degree, the paper is usually ivory, beige, or natural parchment — sometimes with a visible laid texture. We keep multiple colors in stock because putting your custom diploma on bright white paper when the original was cream-colored is the kind of detail that makes a novelty document look fake.
Seal Permanence:
A good embossed seal should feel permanent — raised, solid, and still looking right after years in a frame on the wall. We use materials and application methods that hold up under normal handling and long-term display. The seal on a document we produced five years ago still looks the same as the day it shipped.
Pre-Shipment Quality Check:
Before any diploma, transcript, or certificate leaves our facility, a second person physically checks it — seal placement, print alignment, paper stock, the works. If something is not right it goes back to press before it ships. That check has been part of our process since day one and it is why our reprint rate is as low as it is.
