Every order we ship goes out in a flat, unmarked mailer with no mention of what is inside — no company name, no logo, nothing that connects the package to diplomas or transcripts. We use FedEx for every physical shipment because it is the most reliable carrier we have worked with over nearly 20 years, and reliable matters when someone is waiting on a replacement diploma or novelty document. International orders are declared as documents at a low stated value to keep packages moving through customs without delays or extra charges.
Choose Scanned PDF — order before 2:00 PM ET on a business day and your finished document arrives by email the same day.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship within 24 business hours of proof approval. Place your order on a business day, approve your proof quickly, and there is a good chance it ships the same day. The proof step is where most of the time goes — not production, not packaging. The faster you sign off, the faster it moves.
A few things that can add a day or two: revision requests that go back and forth, special requests that need extra design work, and orders placed over the weekend or on holidays. None of those are problems — just let us know if you are working against a deadline and we will plan around it.
U.S. shipping — free ground on every order
Every order shipping to a U.S. address in the lower 48 states includes free FedEx ground delivery — no minimum, no code, just free shipping on everything we make. Ground typically runs four to six business days from the ship date depending on your location.
If you need it faster, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Express, and Next-Day Rush are all available at checkout. Alaska and Hawaii are covered by the three paid options — free ground does not extend there because ground service to those states runs through a different carrier network.
International shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority. Most international orders arrive in seven to fourteen business days from the ship date. The exact rate for your country populates on every product page before you add anything to your cart — just enter your postal code below the order form.
We chose FedEx for international specifically because of end-to-end tracking and reliable customs clearance. Postal options are cheaper but the tracking is inconsistent and delivery times are unpredictable. When someone is waiting on a document, unpredictable is not something we are willing to offer.
Customs and international declarations
We declare all international packages as documents valued at $20. This keeps most shipments moving through customs cleanly without triggering duties or delays in the majority of countries. If you have a specific question about import rules for your country before you order, contact us and we will give you a straight answer. We have shipped to over 200 countries and most situations are ones we have dealt with before.
What does the package look like?
A flat, rigid mailer with reinforced corners. The outside has only the shipping address and a return address — nothing else. No Diploma Company name, no logo, no reference to diplomas, transcripts, novelty documents, or anything that tells someone what is inside. Your billing statement works the same way. The charge description does not connect back to what you ordered.
This is not a special add-on or an option you have to select. Every single order ships this way because it is the only way we have ever done it.
Tracking
Once your package is picked up by FedEx we email you the tracking number. Depending on pickup timing it can take up to 12 hours for the number to show as active in FedEx’s system — that is normal carrier behavior, not a problem with your order. If you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours of your ship confirmation, reach out and we will look into it immediately.
Common shipping questions
My order was placed after your cutoff. What happens?
Orders placed after 2pm Eastern on a business day go into the next business day’s queue. If you need something same day and missed the cutoff, the digital PDF option is still available — chat with us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
Why FedEx and not a cheaper postal option?
We have used both over the years. The tracking on cheap postal options is unreliable, delivery times vary wildly, and when something goes wrong there is no practical way to trace it. FedEx costs more on international orders but every package is tracked end to end. Our clients told us consistently that speed and reliability matter more than saving a few dollars on postage, and we agree.
What if my package arrives damaged or goes missing?
Contact us. Every order ships with our 90-day guarantee — we reprint, reship, or refund depending on the situation. We have been handling shipping issues since 2007 and there is not much that comes up that we have not dealt with before.
