Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment
Production Time:
All orders are processed and produced within 24 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and holidays). This is our standard turnaround time with no rush fees.
Shipping Timeline:
Once your order is produced, it is immediately shipped using your selected shipping method. Total delivery time = production time (24 hours) + carrier transit time.
Shipping Responsibility & Liability
Carrier Responsibility:
Once your package is picked up by the shipping carrier, it is in their possession and subject to their handling. Diploma Company is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that occurs during transit.
Your Responsibility:
- Provide accurate shipping address at checkout
- Ensure someone is available to receive packages (if signature required)
- Check tracking information regularly
- Report delivery issues within 7 days
Address Errors:
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional fees may apply to reroute or reship your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- Wait 3 business days (sometimes marked “delivered” prematurely)
- Contact us after completing steps 1-3
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a carrier claim or offering a reprint at a discounted rate.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents immediately
- Contact us within 7 days with photos
- We’ll determine if a replacement is needed
For damaged custom printed documents, we’ll provide a free replacement under our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refused delivery
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed package
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply for the second shipment.
Unclaimed packages held by carriers for extended periods may be subject to disposal or storage fees.
International Shipping (if applicable)
Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.
Customs Delays:
Diploma Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country.
Restricted Countries:
We may not be able to ship to certain countries due to customs restrictions or carrier limitations. Contact us if you’re unsure whether we can ship to your location.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Tracking Information:
All orders include tracking numbers sent to your email once shipped. You are responsible for monitoring your package’s progress.
Delivery Confirmation:
Most packages require signature confirmation. If you will not be available to sign, you may:
- Arrange for someone else to receive the package
- Provide delivery instructions to the carrier
- Pick up from a carrier facility
Note: We cannot be held liable if a package is stolen after confirmed delivery.
Changes to Shipping Address
Before Shipment:
Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We’ll update it if the order has not yet shipped.
After Shipment:
Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, address changes must be made directly with the carrier. Additional fees may apply.
