Authenticity of Reviews
All testimonials and reviews on our website are from real customers who have purchased our products. We never fabricate or pay for fake reviews.
Privacy Protection
To protect customer privacy, some testimonials may be modified:
- Names changed or initialed at customer request
- School names removed when customers prefer anonymity
- Location details generalized (e.g., “Customer from Texas” instead of specific city)
The core experience and feedback remain authentic and unchanged.
Third-Party Reviews
In addition to testimonials collected directly, we display reviews from independent third-party platforms:
- Reviews.io – Verified customer review platform
- Google Merchant Reviews – Google’s verified purchase review program
These third-party reviews appear unedited as submitted by customers on those platforms. We do not modify, filter, or remove negative reviews from third-party sources.
Review Collection
We may request reviews from customers after their purchase. Reviews are voluntary and customers are never compensated for positive reviews.
