Due to the personalized nature of our custom printed documents, we cannot accept returns on diplomas, transcripts, and certificates. Each document is made-to-order with your specific information and cannot be resold.

Reprints & Corrections
Our Error (Free Reprint):
If we made a production error (incorrect spelling after you approved correct proof, wrong layout, printing defect, damaged during production), we will provide a free reprint and reship at no charge.
To request a free reprint for our error:

If you approved your proof but later realized you provided incorrect information (misspelled name, wrong degree title, incorrect dates, missing information), we offer discounted reprints.

- Materials, labor, and shipping costs were already incurred

Physical Products (Folders, Frames, Accessories)
Unopened & Unused Items:
Physical accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- In original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by original receipt or order number
